CNIL declaration

The website of the Institute of Development Research, which comprises personal information concerning the personnel of the IRD and its partners, has been declared to the CNIL (privacy commision) (Notice No. 533 924).

Right to access, to rectify, to the deletion of personal data

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and liberties, you have the right to oppose (art. 26), access (art. 34-38) correct (art. 36) and delete data concerning you. You can exert this by e-mail or postal to webmaster@ird.fr

The IRD monitors the accuracy of the information and updates the site regularly. The Institute cannot guarantee that all information published is accurate, complete and updated. The published information is not contractual and is subject to change without notice.

The information provided by users and contributors is usually updated as soon as possible, but may be delayed for various reasons or constraints. Errors, omissions, outdated information and broken links can be reported to  webmaster@ird.fr .

During the consultation of the site, the user must also ensure that its browser does not contain obsolete pages - and must, if necessary, empty or deactivate the "cache".

Hypertext links

IRD portals and sites provide links to other sites related to their content. The presence of hypertext links to other websites does not imply endorsement by IRD of the information. Risks associated with using these sites shall also remain with the user.
